 User Acceptance Test (UAT) Training

Managers’ UAT Training
Audience: Designed for those new to a UAT management role or team leader role or those who wish to adopt a structured method for managing UAT projects.
Description: This course covers the objectives of UAT, defining test strategies, developing test plans, risk management, exception reporting, change management, incident management, impact analysis and management reporting. Structured methods are supported by practical sessions enabling delegates to use the methods and techniques covered.
Objectives: On completion of this course, delegates will be able to apply the methodology in order to define the UAT approach, strategies, plans and management of the activities of software testing.
