A worldwide information technology services and solutions company with outsourcing practices in retail banking and leading edge lending solutions wanted to secure its first BPO service for mortgage lending.
The opportunities for this service were in Australia and the proposed lending solution to support the service was UK based.

A Solutions 4 Finance consultant designed and implemented a successful due diligence methodology for mortgage processes that now underpins the approach used by our client.
We designed and delivered BPO lending strategies and solutions for a number of proposals made to tier 1 international banks, located in Australia.
Our consultant successfully managed the BPO Lending Solutions Team and the long-term, dynamic outsourcing relationships with the end customer.
Benefits
The BPO team went forward to win the Company’s first mortgage processing outsourcing contract worldwide. The project was completed within four months and the contract value is estimated at more than US$80 Million over seven years. |
